• Generate spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our system

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your input text. Audio generated through our service may be used commercially according to your subscription plan. Our platform, technology, and voices remain our intellectual property.

6. Payment and Refunds

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans
• Refund requests must be submitted via email
• Usage beyond free tier limits requires a paid subscription

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
